Garden Ceremony Menu Selections For Your Wedding Reception Menus While we have a number of suggested menus available, these menus are merely guides, as we look forward to customizing all the details of your wedding that will include the menu you select. We want your wedding to be a reflection of your own discriminating tastes and style. Tasting If required, a tasting is conducted on a complimentary basis for two guests. So as not to conflict with other events, tastings are offered Tuesday through Thursday between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. If weekends are required the wedding coordinator will make an agreeable arrangement. If additional guests are to attend the tasting this also may be arranged along with appropriate pricing. The Food Our kitchen works with the freshest of organic seafood, meats, and produce and our menu changes everyday. It is our intention to provide each wedding couple with a memorable experience, so variations in the menu relative to seasonal items may be recommended as alternatives. Our Chefs Chef Ken Hnilo is nationally known and his food has received numerous awards. Gilbert's has been named among the finest restaurants in the world. It is Chef Ken's desire to design a menu that will delight your guests and enhance the total reception experience. Our pastry chef will prepare a wedding cake to your specifications or design the cake of your dreams. Our Wine List Gilbert's has received outstanding awards from the Wine Spectator for our wine list. Beverage Arrangements A Premium or Deluxe Bar selection may be arranged. Additionally Gilbert's is pleased to offer a wide variety of alcohol-free selections. After-Dinner Selections include Espresso and Cappuccino made to order at a Coffee Bar and International Coffees Flambe' with your favorite Liqueurs. All beverages are charged on a per drink basis. Gilbert's Wedding Ceremony and Reception Services Linen We provide diamond white linen on all dining tables, as well as the choice of white or champagne floorlengths with Italian lace skirting for buffet tables. Custom linens may also be arranged to coordinate with your wedding colors if you desire at the current rental rate. A diagram of your table arrangements will be provided so that assignments may be made. Photography and Musicians We have exclusive lists of the finest professionals in the area which we are delighted to work with in the planning of your Wedding. These vendors are very familiar with Gilbert's and are thoroughly reliable and creative. Check Room A hosted check room may be arranged and applied to your account. The charge is $1.25 per guaranteed guest. A special summer rate is in effect from Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather permitting. Guest Room Reservations If additional guest rooms are required for out of town friends and family, we can reserve rooms at area hotels according to your needs. Special rates may be negotiated based on availability and the number of rooms needed. We also will provide personalized formal reservation cards for the convenience of your guests. Our Catering Representative will coordinate all of your guest room arrangements including gift deliveries and special amenities that you may request. Wedding Consultants Gilbert's can provide an exclusive selection of Consultants that specialize in Weddings. They will assist you with all the details of your planning, which may include: setting up and attending planning sessions with florists, decorators, orchestras and photographers as well as selecting printed materials..
